Order Cancellation/Modification Policy

At YanShoes, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or modify your order. Below is our policy to help guide you through the process.


1. Order Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after it has been placed. After this period, most orders have already been processed or shipped, making cancellation more difficult.

  • How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support at support@yanshoes.com as soon as possible with your order number and reason for cancellation. If your order is successfully canceled within the 24-hour window, you will receive a full refund, including any shipping charges.
  • After 24 Hours: If the 24-hour window has passed, and your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you can follow our return process once you receive the item.

2. Order Modification Policy

YanShoes allows you to modify your order within the first 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, modifications may not be possible as the order might have been processed or shipped.

Types of Modifications:

  • Change of Size/Color: You can request a change in size or color of the item within 24 hours.
  • Change of Shipping Address: You may also update the shipping address if requested within the 24-hour window.
  • Adding or Removing Items: If you need to add or remove items from your order, it must be done within 24 hours.

How to Modify: To modify your order, please contact us at support@yanshoes.com with your order number and details of the change. We will confirm the modification if possible.


3. After Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations and modifications are no longer possible. However, you may still return the item following our Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy once it has been delivered.
