Return shipping costs: YanShoes is responsible for return shipping costs. We will send a prepaid return label for eligible returns.
Restocking fee: No restocking fees will apply for any returned products.

How to Return an Item

If you would like to exchange an item, such as for a different size or color, YanShoes offers exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
How to Exchange an Item
- Initiate the Exchange: Contact us at email: support@yanshoes.com with your order number and the specific item you wish to exchange.
- Return the Original Item: Follow the same steps outlined in the Return Policy to ship back the item using the prepaid return label.
- Receive Your Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send your replacement at no extra cost. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. The timeframes for processing refunds may vary depending on the reason for return.
Refund Timeframes
- For returned products: After we receive the returned package, it will take us 2 days to inspect the returned product, and to approve the refund request. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued within 1-3 business days.
- Never Arrived: If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we will issue a refund within 1-2 business days from the confirmation date.
- Cancellation After Ordering: If you cancel your order within the first 24 hours, a full refund will be issued, including all charges within 1-2 business days from the cancel date.
Refund Method
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
